David is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with a Master in IT specialising in change management and Masters in Business specialising in organisational design and behaviour. David has 25 years experience leading nationally important review and reform programs/projects in government organisations. His change management experience includes the Defence Payroll Remediation Task Force, Hawk and Hornet Cost of Ownership Reduction, Air Combat Sustainment Transition, Tactical Fighter System Program Office reform, Air Command Safety Improvement Pilot and reform of a National Call Centre.

Tim is a highly experienced consultant and Masters qualified public relations, media and communications professional with a proven record of assisting his clients to deliver results in complicated international and domestic communication campaigns. As an Executive MBA Tim brings deep expertise in PR campaigns to drive business improvement with stakeholders and customers in mind. With a background in marketing and experience in FMCG, federal government, education, and international markets, Tim has consistently delivered high performing customer centric strategies. Tim is fortunate enough to have been recognised through multiple Effie awards, Cannes Lions and dozens of other marketing and advertising awards.
Gregory Rowe AdvDipEng, BBus, MAM
Greg is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Greg has over 30 years’ experience working with large national organisations to drive improvements operations, risk management, quality, organisational governance and processes. Greg has extensive experience as an organisational executive in several public service organisations and over 15 years’ experience with the State Emergency Service as a supervisor and team leader.
His qualifications include a Degree in Business and a master’s degree in applied management specialising in operations management, change management, marketing, finance and quality management.
DENISE MCDONNEL AIPM, MPROJMGT, BMATH
Denise is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Masters qualified project improvement specialist with a proven record of assisting her clients to deliver results in complicated international and domestic reform programs.
With strong analytical skills and strategic foresight, Denise has extensive experience working with Government and Industry organisations across a range of challenging roles and disciplines including organisational and functional reviews, program and project management, change management, operations management and business/process improvement programs. With a proven ability to identify areas of improvement and deliver enduring change through engagement with people she enables her clients to adapt positively to change.
ATUL SHARMA MBA, BCOMM
Atul is a highly experienced project manager and process improvement specialist, certified and experienced in Scrum / SAFe, Six Sigma, PMP/ PRINCE2, Kotter/Prosci, ISO Standards and ITIL V3.
With an outstanding record of achievement delivering projects in areas such as Finance Services, Education, Logistics, Supply Chain, Tele communications, HCM, Payroll, IT and Infrastructure and as a Director with the Project Management Institute. He has a proven ability to utilise a combination of practical, strategic and conceptual thinking skills to achieve client objectives. Atul holds an MBA from University of South Australia (Major: Human Resource Management), Certificate in Project & Risk Management from Harvard, Bachelors in Commerce (Major: Business Accountancy & Commercial Law).
