Why an organisation review?
An organisation review is about ensuring the alignment and integration of the organisation structure with the organisation strategy and information, process and technology flows.
The review allows us to develop a series of recommendations to more closely align the organisation with desired outcomes that the organisation seeks to achieve (or products/services being delivered).
The review should be based on a clear understanding of the purpose and direction of the business, how each position contributes to it and how it enables information to flow in support of decision making. It is often best conducted in line with annual business and workforce planning.
