A recognised authority and thought leader on the development of risk control strategies, cultural improvement and Safety Management System frameworks and integration. Mark was awarded the Member of the Order of Australia for his services to the advancement of aviation airworthiness and safety.

A highly experienced and dedicated safety risk management professional with 30 years’ experience. Stephen is experienced in Workers Compensation management and Risk based systems across Australia. He has a collaborative, coaching and inclusive working style and achieves results through organisational leadership. With excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Stephen is consistently able to instil a positive and innovative safety culture. He has been effective in construction, mining, engineering, aged care and the corporate environment and demonstrated the ability to pragmatically translate safety outcomes into operational realities.


Treisha Hemaridis

Treisha is an experienced regulatory, safety, risk, business management and project management consultant. Treisha has worked across all levels of Government and the private sector, in the development of work health and safety, injury management and environmental management systems.
As an experienced consultant she is valued by her clients for the quality of her advice, detailed analysis, key insights, active engagement with stakeholders, and focus on cultural change. Treisha has extensive background and experience in designing and implementing organisational risk management systems, including establishing a working agenda to enhance risk and safety awareness on Defence bases nationally.

Ian is a highly experienced consultant and Masters qualified professional, with a proven record of assisting his clients to deliver complex programs and projects in Aviation Management, Auditing, Safety Management Systems, Human Factors, Occurrence Investigations, Adult education and eLearning. Ian has been recognised by his industry peers with the award of the Queensland Information Communication and Technology award for excellence and an Asia Pacific Information, Communication and Technology (ICT) Award for excellence, for the development of his training course for pilots before the Olympics, an Australia Day Medallion for his contribution to eLearning in the Federal Government sector and finally an Australian Financial Review (AFR) Internet Award for his eLearning courses.


Ross Warrall

Safety Management Consultant

Rosco is a senior technical consultant with over 38 years’ safety and workshop management experience. His family are proud members of the Wiradjuri community and active in the Worimi community. His leadership and technical skills enable him to work effectively within our clients as a trusted partner, leading them from Fragile to Agile. Ross is not only a WHS practitioner and auditor, he is also a highly experienced workshop manager and brings a pragmatic approach to his clients building future proof solutions that work and are sustainable.


Glen Mills BEng(Elec), LLb

Associate Safety Management Consultant

Glen has more than thirty-five years of experience in the Defence, energy, construction, shipping, aluminium smelting and mining sectors.

As a management consultant Glen has provided business support over the last 18 years to Defence, Rio Tinto, Glencore and BHP Billiton, Patricks shipping container terminals and Hydro Aluminium and Alstom for the construction and commissioning of a 130MW coal fired power station. Glen spent over 17 years with the NSW power industry, both in transmission and generation, covering construction, design, maintenance and operations.
