At Muru Management Consulting, we specialise in providing comprehensive practical consulting services tailored to your organisation's needs. Muru in the Language of the Darug people and other NSW Coastal Peoples  of NSW means road, track or pathway and represents the journey we are on with our clients. We are a 100% First Nations female owned, Supply Nation Certified and multiple award-winning consultancy operating around Australia.

I am a proud Wiradjuri woman from Dubbo NSW where I spent much of my childhood on the Mission and my family the Ryans are still very much part of the Wiradjuri Community.  I founded Muru Management Consulting in 2016 with 3 people and as our reputation has grown so has our size and capability. Operating around Australia with upto 50 staff at any one time we have supported and continue to support several large State and Federal Organisations.

Our head office is in Newcastle on Worimi land and as such I wish to Muru acknowledges both our Wiradjuri Elders (past and present), and Wiradjuri Community members, and the Worimi people and their Elders past and present on whose land we work and play. Muru have been recognised both by our clients and our industry piers for the projects we have delivered and support we have provided.

This year (2026) Muru are delighted have been nominated as a Finalist for the Australian Aviation Awards for the work we are doing in support of Defence Aviation, in particular the support we are providing to the Defence Aviation Safety Authority across the UAS environment.

Muru were finalists for the 2024 Australian Aviation Awards in two categories, awarded the Hunter Safety Award in 2019, Air Force Safety Award and Air Combat Group Safety Award in 2019, and were finalists at the 2019 Defence Safety Awards and 2018 Hunter Safety Awards.

• WHS reviews of programs, projects and various agency safety      management systems (Federal and State).
• Project Management and Financial Management, including project      review and repair.
• WHS and Safe Work Practices reviews, audit and improvement. 
• Reviewing and developing Military Aviation Regulations for DASA.
• Conducting Psychosocial and WHS Risk Assessments.
